Our Story
In 2022, we were wondering why it was so difficult to navigate the job market. We saw employers struggling to find good candidates and job seekers drowning in a sea of irrelevant listings.
So we had an idea. What if we could create a job site that focuses on quality over quantity? One that precisely matches job seekers with jobs, making every step simple and fast? What if the matching criteria included personality and workplace culture to increase overall job satisfaction and employee retention?

Jan is an investment banker and NYC-based strategy consultant who has served Wall Street and global corporations at the C-Suite level. His experience includes CFO and founder of US technology companies.
Thys Marais
Thys has more than 30 years of IT development experience and is the CEO and co-founder of a technology and software company which develops, integrates, and supports a range of technologies.
Louise Steinfeld
Louise is a creative director with over two decades of international advertising agency experience covering a wide range of blue chip brands and industries. Based in New York, she’s specialized in all things digital.
Chris Emmanuel
Chris is a marketing and business strategist who specializes in early stage startups and go to market plans and execution. Experienced in diverse industries, he has also developed multiple successful businesses.
Riaan Moolman
