Platform Improvements
Behind the scenes, we’ve been refining Candyees to make your experience smoother and more effective. These improvements include faster loading times, more accurate job matching, and minor bug fixes based on user feedback.
In March, we’ll also introduce the first organic employers and their hiring teams to the platform. This means candidates can apply directly and communicate securely with employers, creating a more streamlined and transparent hiring experience.
This process is especially valuable for small businesses, which now have an easy way to connect with top talent without the usual hassle. Our goal has always been to get candidates in front of the right decision-makers quickly and efficiently, and this update brings us another step closer to that vision.
