No, not as a candidate. We believe that everyone should be able to access and apply for their ultimate job for free. The biggest compliment and compensation you can provide us with is recommending Candyees to others.

Setting up your profile helps us understand your unique skills and needs (don’t worry, it only takes a few minutes). Once your profile is complete, our algorithms will analyze the information and provide you with jobs that are a match. The more specific and detailed you are when you complete your profile, the more refined your matches will be.

Yes, your profile gives you access to three document slots. You can decide which documents you want to add to your profile and how to use these documents when you apply. Whether it’s one or two resumes, a cover letter or portfolio, you can tailor each application to the specific requirements of the job.

Yes. You can create more than one profile to highlight different skills or areas of expertise. Your profile is automatically versatile, and our algorithms are designed to handle this complexity. You’ll get matches for every position that you are qualified for. The more visible you are, the more chance you’ll have of finding your next job.

You can set up your profile to be noticed by employers and great job matches, opening up the possibility of finding an even better and more satisfying job. Once you’ve signed up, we do all the work for you so there is minimal effort on your part with the chance of huge rewards.

The initial stages of the hiring process on Candyees are anonymous so you can explore other opportunities without putting your current situation at risk. You can also choose to keep your profile hidden when you select your preferences.

As with all algorithms, we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy, but it’s what we aim for. Even the most widely used competitors provide matches that are only 30% to 50% accurate so ULTRAMATCHai is undoubtedly superior to what’s out there. If your job matches are not super-accurate, please report the listings for us to review.

Please make sure that your profile preferences are set up to alert you of new matches. Alternatively, you can edit or expand your profile, giving us more information to work with and provide more matches.
No. You’ll only receive invitations from employers who want you to apply for a position based on your profile. Whether you apply or not is up to you. Employers will only be able to contact you once you have chosen to engage.
At Candyees we strive to be the platform that is known for quality and relevance. If you believe an employer is violating the Terms of Use, please report the employer and explain why you are reporting them. We will investigate the employer.

Yes. Our fees are structured to be substantially lower than other jobsites.

Your fees are based on your actions. Employers are required to buy credits which are subtracted with use. There are also itemized fees for value-adding interactions with a candidate. If you don’t find any strong candidates you will only incur the basic listing fee which will typically be far less than competitors’ listing fees.

You’ll be required to complete an employer profile, as well as a job profile for every job listing you want to post (but don’t worry, it only takes a few minutes). Our algorithms analyze the information and provide you with matched candidates, who are sourced from our database, and other jobsites, to serve up the best talent available.
The more specific, honest and detailed you are when you complete your profiles, the better quality of matches you’ll receive.You’ll be able to invite matched candidates to apply to your job listings.

One person in your business will be responsible for creating your employer account. From there it’s easy to add colleagues. You can also choose how you want to assign colleagues to every job posting, ensuring that the most relevant team looks after each job listing.
Yes. Whether it’s skills, experience, or cultural expectations, you can tailor each listing accordingly by adding tasks – whether it’s application or detailed questions. We provide you with templates of yes/no, true/false, multiple choice or general text answer options.
Our first safeguard is giving you the chance to ask your own questions instead of using templates. We also have other measures to help curb dishonesty. For example, each task comes with a time limit, and there is no copy and paste functionality in tasks.
