Do I have to pay to use Candyees?
No, not as a candidate. We believe that everyone should be able to access and apply for their ultimate job for free. The biggest compliment and compensation you can provide us with is recommending Candyees to others.
How does Candyees choose jobs for me?
Will I be able to upload documents?
Yes, your profile gives you access to three document slots. You can decide which documents you want to add to your profile and how to use these documents when you apply. Whether it’s one or two resumes, a cover letter or portfolio, you can tailor each application to the specific requirements of the job.
I have more than one field of expertise. Can Candyees manage a dual application process?
Yes. You can create more than one profile to highlight different skills or areas of expertise. Your profile is automatically versatile, and our algorithms are designed to handle this complexity. You’ll get matches for every position that you are qualified for. The more visible you are, the more chance you’ll have of finding your next job.
Why should I join Candyees if I am happy with my current job?
You can set up your profile to be noticed by employers and great job matches, opening up the possibility of finding an even better and more satisfying job. Once you’ve signed up, we do all the work for you so there is minimal effort on your part with the chance of huge rewards.
Can I join Candyees without my current employer knowing?
Would I ever get unsuitable job matches?
As with all algorithms, we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy, but it’s what we aim for. Even the most widely used competitors provide matches that are only 30% to 50% accurate so ULTRAMATCHai is undoubtedly superior to what’s out there. If your job matches are not super-accurate, please report the listings for us to review.
I currently don’t have any matched jobs. What can I do?

Is there a fee and how does it work?
Yes. Our fees are structured to be substantially lower than other jobsites.
Your fees are based on your actions. Employers are required to buy credits which are subtracted with use. There are also itemized fees for value-adding interactions with a candidate. If you don’t find any strong candidates you will only incur the basic listing fee which will typically be far less than competitors’ listing fees.

How does Candyees find the ideal candidates for a position?
You’ll be required to complete an employer profile, as well as a job profile for every job listing you want to post (but don’t worry, it only takes a few minutes). Our algorithms analyze the information and provide you with matched candidates, who are sourced from our database, and other jobsites, to serve up the best talent available.
The more specific, honest and detailed you are when you complete your profiles, the better quality of matches you’ll receive.You’ll be able to invite matched candidates to apply to your job listings.
